Case Study
A freight forwarder, rebuilt to look the size of its reach.
R&R Global Logistics approached us for a website revamp that aligned with their growth and international client base. The focus was modern UI, simplified navigation and a shipment-tracking module — a site that presents a family-run freight operation at the scale it actually works.

01
The Challenge
Logistics is a business of trust. A freight forwarder is asking a client to hand over shipments — and margins — on the strength of how reliable it looks and how clearly it explains what it does. R&R had grown into an international client base, but its old site didn't reflect that scale. The revamp had to reframe a family-run operation as a credible, global-grade partner without losing the personal service that got it there.
Two practical problems sat underneath the perception one: navigation that had grown tangled, and a client base that wanted the convenience of tracking and quick contact built into the site itself.
02
The Approach
We opened with brand and competitor analysis, then rebuilt the sitemap and content architecture from the ground up so every service had a clear, discoverable home. From there we designed a corporate-yet-modern UI, developed the front end, and wired in the practical pieces that make a logistics site useful: lead-capture forms, a WhatsApp quick-inquiry route, a shipment-tracking module in the interface, and the analytics and SEO to measure it all.
Credibility by design
A corporate, modern look that positions R&R as a premium, global provider the moment the page loads.
Clear service architecture
A rebuilt sitemap and navigation so shippers find the right service without hunting.
Lead capture built in
Contact forms, a WhatsApp quick inquiry and a tracking module that turn visits into conversations.

03
The Solution
The live site leads with a rotating hero of road and port freight that immediately communicates scale, then organises everything behind a simplified spine — Logistics Services, Shippers, Resources, About Us, Contact. Structured service pages make offerings easy to discover; an About section frames R&R's experience and reach; and a shipment-tracking module and quick-inquiry options give clients the convenience they came for.
The build is corporate but modern, clean and responsive, with a brand-consistent palette carried across every breakpoint. Analytics and SEO were set up from the start, and the groundwork for CRM integration was laid so the site can keep scaling with the business rather than being redone as it grows.

04
The Impact
-
Perception, corrected. The revamp presents R&R at the scale it operates — a credible global partner rather than a site trailing the company's growth.
-
Useful, not just handsome. Simplified navigation, a tracking module and quick-inquiry routes make the site a working tool for shippers, not a brochure.
-
Built to scale. With analytics, SEO and CRM-integration groundwork in place, the digital face can grow alongside the business.
