Case Study

From daydream to enquiry, in one tap.

Sharma Travel Agent moves people — cabs, transfers and coaches for trips across the region. The work set out to make the very first step, from picturing a journey to actually reaching out, feel like the easiest thing on the page.

The Challenge

Ground travel is a trust purchase. Before anyone books a coach for a family trip or a tempo traveller for a tour group, they want to know exactly what they're getting — the vehicle, the comfort, and the people on the other end of the phone. A site in this space has two jobs at once: make the fleet feel dependable, and make getting in touch effortless.

Sharma Travel Agent had the substance to prove — buses and tempo travellers on rent, best prices, trained drivers, round-the-clock support. What it needed was a website that carried all of that and, from any point on the page, kept a clear route open to Call, WhatsApp or Enquire.

The Approach

The work paired brand and UX strategy with art direction: decide what the business should feel like — reassuring, energetic, ready — then design the shortest possible path from interest to enquiry.

Every decision answered to three ideas:

  • Show the fleet

Let each vehicle sell itself — clear photography, seat counts and the comforts that matter on a long journey.

  • Always reachable

Call, WhatsApp and Enquiry never more than a tap away — on every vehicle card and every screen.

  • Vibrant, not busy

Warm, energetic visuals that make a trip feel exciting without ever burying the next step.

The Solution

The site leads with the promise — ride in comfort — and backs it with a browsable fleet: Maharaja tempo travellers, Urbania cabins, mini buses and luxury coaches, each laid out with its seat count, its comforts and three ways to get in touch. Navigation stays seamless, the imagery stays vibrant, and an Instant Booking Call form sits right in the hero so an enquiry is never more than a name and a number away.

On mobile — where a traveller is often planning on the move — the same fleet and the same one-tap enquiry carry over without losing clarity, turning miles into smiles from the first scroll.

Mobile-first: the enquiry form rides right under the hero.
The fleet section of the site: a grid of vehicle cards — 12- to 26-seater tempo travellers, mini buses and luxury coaches — each with seat count, comforts and Call and Enquiry buttons
The fleet, laid out to reassure — every vehicle with its comforts and a way to enquire.

The Impact

The site is built to do one thing well: turn interest into a conversation.

  • Enquiry-led by design. Call, WhatsApp and Enquiry sit on every vehicle, so there's never a dead end between wanting a trip and asking for one.

  • A fleet that reassures. Presenting each vehicle with its comforts up front does the trust-building before a traveller ever picks up the phone.

  • Consistent across devices. Desktop or mobile, the path from browsing to booking enquiry stays short and obvious.
