Add-ons enhance Volts Connect with optional features such as campaigns, automation, WooCommerce integrations, and access control.

The Pro Messaging add-on enables bulk SMS campaigns, audience targeting, scheduling, and campaign analytics.

WooCommerce SMS

The WooCommerce SMS add-on connects Volts Connect with WooCommerce to send transactional and engagement messages.

1. Order confirmation and status update messages
2. Cart abandonment reminders
3. Post-purchase follow-ups and review requests
4. Customer replies appear in the Inbox
5. Uses existing Twilio configuration

WooCommerce SMS messages are sent automatically based on store events.

Roles & Access Control

The Roles & Access Control add-on provides granular permissions for Volts Connect features.

2. Assign permissions by WordPress role

Licensing & Bundles

Add-ons require a valid license key to activate premium functionality.

Licensing

• Enter license keys directly within the Add-ons tab
• Each add-on has its own license field
• License status is validated automatically

Bundles

• Bundles allow multiple add-ons to be activated with a single license
• Bundle licenses unlock all included add-ons
• Bundle status is displayed clearly in the Add-ons screen

Volts Connect requires an active license key to enable core functionality.
Optional add-ons require their own licenses unless activated through a bundle license.
